Push ups: W-20, M-30
Air Squats: 100
Kettlebell Snatch: 20 R/L, W-35#, M-55#
Ring dips: W – 3, M – 6
Kipping/ Butterfly Pull ups: W – 10, M – 20
L-sit: 20 seconds
Handstand push ups: W – 3, M – 6
400 meter run: W – 1:30, M – 1:15
1 mile run: 8:00
500 meter row: W – 2:10, M – 1:50
Back squat: W – BW, M 1.5BW
Deadlift: W – 1.25BW x 3 reps, M – 1.5BW x 3 reps
Clean & Jerk: W – .75BW, M – BW
Overhead squat: W – 65lbs x 10 reps, M – 95lbs x 10 reps
