Constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. We carefully program our workouts to increase performance regardless of fitness level. We utilize powerlifting, olympic lifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and sprinting which all fall within the CrossFit methodology. Our number one goal is to foster an atmosphere that encourages every individual no matter their fitness level or background to achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

CrossFit Ladies 1 visit freeFrom $18 per visit with CrossFit 10 Class Punch Card pass

This class is dedicated solely to women.  Whether you are a seasoned CrossFitter or a newbie to the CrossFit World this class provides women of all ages and abilities to CrossFit in a supportive, comfortable environment.  Additionally, this class will be scaled for any pre-natal and post-natal athletes.  This class is for all Women!  Our professional coach has experience CrossFitting through two pregnancies and is a wealth of information.  This class will be open to all members at no additional cost or to non-members through the purchase of a 10-class punch card.  So come join us and bring the kiddos!  Let the fun begin![

This class will be without a coach. Athletes may use this time to work on anything these choose.

Hybrid Training 1 visit freeFrom $15 per visit with Hybrid Training 10-Class Punch Card pass

This will be a fast-paced, small group class with a focus on unconventional training methods and tools to peak your heart rate, develop muscular endurance, create explosive power, and improve your conditioning. We will add in odd objects and total body movements and finish with some intense bouts of conditioning and strength. Give us 60 minutes, and we’ll give you an amazing workout that will provide incredible results. If you're looking to lose weight and tone, this is your class!

An class that focuses on brief, intense bouts of conditioning (5-7 minute AMRAPs) with functional movements that can be performed by anyone with little or no instruction.

A class that focuses on timed sets of movements (EMOMs) to build strength and proficiency with fitness tools such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and rings.
